Fantasy Football ? Week 4

This week the league was back to it?s high scoring ways. We had three teams score between 154.55 and 154.69. Two of them played each other. Aaron Rodgers put up one of the highest individual scores I?ve ever seen: 53.92. Tim needed every point to beat Jim.

Half of the league is now tied for the best record (3-1.) Total season points are the tie breaker and I think that?s going to be play a big role in setting the 4 playoff positions at the end of the year.

  • Highest Team Score: Tim ? 154.69 (Record: Andy, 165.41 in Week 2)
  • Lowest Team Score: Kyle ? 79.76 (Record: Ryan ? 59.61 in Week 3)
  • Biggest Blowout: Andy beat Kyle by 28.75 (Record: Dad beat Ryan by 81.19 in Week 3)
  • Closest Win: Tim beat Jim by 1.14 (Previous record: Andy beat Micah by 2.99 in Week 2)
  • Highest Scoring Player: Aaron Rodgers scored 53.92 for Tim. (Previous record: Wes Welker scored 43.6 points for Micah in week 3)
  • Deadbeat: Ryan (2)

And some interesting stats mostly via TMQ:

  • The Lions and Niners trailed by a combined 50-6, and both won.
  • Detroit has won eight straight.
  • In the Jets-Ravens game, there was one offensive touchdown and five defensive or special teams touchdowns.
  • In the span of nine snaps, Tony Romo threw a touchdown pass and two interceptions returned for touchdowns.
  • Since leaving Philadelphia, Donovan McNabb is 5-12 as a starter.
  • The defending-champion Packers have 10 straight victories -- and November is the earliest they can face an opponent with a winning record.
